Round our way
Notice that as you stare at the cylinder it may seem to suddenly change the direction in which it is spinning. You see, the cylinder is clear ( both sides of it can be seen) so the direction it is spinning in is ambiguous. When there are 2 competing interpretations of a stimulus that is ambiguous, our brains will see one for a while, and then the other. Cool eh?Ok, if SOMEHOW you CANNOT see the 2 directions, you're lousy. That said, try to blink then focus on a thin column of dots, preferably somewhere at the sidemost of the cylinder. Wah-lah!
