Time seems to be passing by too fast. Everytime I'm in some lecture I feel as if I've just been to that mod's lecture 2 days before, not a week. It's scary.
That's not the only scary thg tho. I've 1 stats assignment coming up, 1 research expt, 2 group presentations, and 3 friggin tests! As much as I'm totally loving all the modules I'm taking this sem (save for PS. Bleargh to PS), it's not much easier to catch up on all the readings. Please, my friends, push me to study. I beg you. Hahaa.. Sometimes I wish time could just slooooow downnnnn......
Anw, know what. I was in desp need for a cashcard in the libr last tues to print out my term paper, Katak happened to just lost his (I just lost mine too), Fairoz, his friend has none, and there was no other familiar pple around. Just 8 min to dateline, I decided to go up to this (cpr, try permutations) girl and ask if I could borrow hers. She looked at me like I'm Ashton Kutcher and ask
"why do you ask me, why don't you ask your friends?" "Oh, I just happen to like your face, actually."
Ok, I dint say that.
I started to explain that my friends there don't have one and I don't know anyone else, but I stopped and said, "You know what, it's ok, thanks" and walked off. Thank God 5 secs later, Fadzli, the gdfren strolled in.. Saviour.
Why,
IS IT SOOOO HARD to lend someone ur cashcard?? Ok ok, maybe there's too much value in the card, the borrower might run off, etc.. but MAN, we're UNI STUDENTS! Can't you have a little bit more faith?? Do you have sthg against Singaporeans? Or Malays (for all I know)?
Or GRACEFUL pple? Hais.......
Luckily the rest of the day and days went fine. And my love for pple was restored.
On another note. With our clashing timetables and heavy heavy workloads, it's inevitable that we'll have less time to see each other, much less
for each other. Now I'm cool with that, but well, I can't deny it's quite a bummer. For me at least. Not that I
need to see him, but sometimes at the end of a very loong day, I just
want to. And I don't want to get used to it, you know. I've been away from a bf for so long that at times, it's qt easy to forget I actually
have one. But ok lar, this one, haa, I don't think he's letting me forget him that easily. Not with those countless 'abuse'.
You know what I'm talking abt. ;)
